Fonebank makes recycling your surplus mobile devices easy. It is income generating for minimal drain on your resources.

Our objectives are to:

• Keep your costs and internal resource use low.
• Provide the best possible return on your surplus mobile inventory.
• Ensure your data is erased to your satisfaction.

We can provide an estimate of the value of your surplus mobile devices.

• We accept non-documented consignments, inventory them for you and report back against that inventory (Just pack them up and send them.)
• We accept documented consignments and report back against that documentation.
• Once devices are checked and value known, Fonebank reports the result to you and requests you send an invoice.
• Fonebank pays on receipt of invoice.

To maximise your return on investments You need to:

• Clear all locks including MDM, Knox, icloud, google and any passcodes – otherwise these are no value
• Prepare to courier to us – make sure boxes are very secure and no more than 20kg (be kind to your courier)
• Let us know it’s on the way – please send tracking.

In the event you are not satisfied, we discuss to find a resolution. In the rare case that there is no resolution, should you wish, we will return the consignment to you at our cost.
